We offer lifestyle modification coaching for weight loss or gain for people who need to create a more sustainable lifestyle. We do not prescribe diets. No one diet is good for anyone, nor is it actually sustainable!

Our strategy is to build individualized healthy habits around nutrition (and do some heart work when needed!), so that you have sustainable habits and know how to pivot and show yourself kindness when seasons change.

Nutritionist for weight loss & gain

Our registered dietitians are focused on long-term wholistic wellness. Weight loss or gain is NOT a sprint, nor is it always needed! We will help you determine (alongside your doctor when needed) what a realistic and healthy weight is for you. We understand that diet-culture has placed a lot of pressure on both men and woman to fit into a certain body type. This is unrealistic and also just plain unhealthy. Everyone's journey and body is different and your nutritionist needs to know that to really help you. We will not judge you, shame you, or pressure you. That has never helped anyone. A note to those who've had a bad experience with weight loss or gain

Too often weight loss or weight gain goals can turn into a shame game we play with ourselves of how long we can stay on the latest food fad, while not actually helping our body in the long run.

If your relationship with food or body image is keeping you up at night, and you think you may have an eating disorder, we can help you with that too. All of our registered dietitians are eating disorder specialists and will help you with the emotional side of eating well and not just the physical/nutrition side.
